Don’t cry Droupadi
Don’t cry.
Dushashana wants, hide his face
He needs your cover.
Give him your wear, Droupadi
Give him your wear.
Making yourself nude and open
Give him your wear.
Naked body is no disgrace, Droupadi
But a naked and putrefied soul is.
Your love, kindness and tolerance
Cover your body
Then why would you need any wear?
Give Dushashana all your wear.
Dushashana is-
A ghost living in a human flesh
A coward in disguise of a warrior
A looser acting a winner
A shame mimicking a victory.
He wants, hide his face.
Secret, he cries in shame
Silent, he sheds his tears
Open, he seeks his cover.
He needs your wear, Droupadi
He needs your wear.
Droupadi
You are the mother.
Think-
Dushashana is such an orphan!
His father a born-blind.
His mother a self-inflicted blind.
His brothers so arrogant.
His seniors so tied to piety
That they don’t even care human being.
Droupadi, Dushashana is so thirsty!
He needs your love
Your tender love.
Show him that love.
Making yourself naked-
Give him your wear and cover his shame
Feed him your breasts and crunch his thirst
Pat his chest and condole his crying heart.
Droupadi, you’re the mother.
Don’t cry.
Don’t ever cry.
